Hi Christian.
I was wondering what the progress is with this problem? First reported Nov. 2nd
and still have not heard anything about it (maybe you forgot?) :

There is something wrong with the MBS iSight capture plugin code or the example
TakePhotos Low CPU Usage.

This example does not accurately capture the iSight image each time when run.
It very often will not capture a new image but it will show the previous
image/capture.
Sometimes it will show the previous capture three or four times in a row before
capturing a new image. There are times when it also may show black/no image.
It's unreliable.

The time interval between captures does not seem to be the problem as I've
tried many different intervals including 30 seconds, 1 minute, etc. between
captures.

Please look into this and fix it, otherwise it is too unreliable to use.

I'm running this on a MacBook Pro Core 2 Duo 2.26Ghz, 8Gigs ram, OS X 10.6.8 RS
2010 R5.1
MBS 11.2 and yes I cleared the cache recently.

Thanks.

I notice that during the build process for Windows builds, RealStudio
seems to be doing something with the MacOSXCF plug-in. It hangs for
several seconds during this step. Is this expected/correct behavior or a
bug? Why would a Windows build need a Mac-only plug-in?

Yes, the MacOSXCF plugin is probably the one with the most functions.

Expected.

If you don't need that plugin, you don't need to install it.

You use it for developing Mac applications on Windows.

Greetings
Christian

All of a sudden my Windows builds are telling me that all of my Windows
MBS plugins are unregistered. What's up with that? I run the registration
code before anything else in the open event of my app. The Mac build has
no problem, and Windows only started doing this today after months of
working OK.

I think it was because I had components from different versions of the
plugin set. I reinstalled all from 11.2 and it's OK now.
