Well, maybe nobody knows the answer or people missed the email.

I don't know a way.

Normally I would simply check if some preferences file changes when you change 
setting and read it from there with NSUserDefaultMBS or CFPreferencesMBS 
classes.

But I'm sorry, I don't see which file it is.
