The documentation from Apple says about these fields 
(http://www.cocoadev.com/index.pl?NSTokenField):

This is half of what I want to do. What I mean has two parts, a search type and 
a search term. The search type is middle blue and the term a lighter one. Both 
can be clicked separately.
