May I ask if you managed to bundle PHP 5.4.6 in Windows libraries. I read in your documentation that you had problems with 5.3: "For Linux and Mac OS X the PHP library is included in the plugin. For Windows it seems like our plugin crashes with PHP 5.3.5 and works with PHP 5.2.3."
