Apparently it is also happening in machines that do not have Raid hard drive set ups. I have checked on my own Windows 7 machine and I do not see the problem. It does look like that MachineID (through HardDiscSerial) is getting some random data on some installations. I had not seen this issue during beta testing and I had a few testers on Windows 7. Only 1 group of users in the same company started seeing this issue.
