Sorry; I just found the example project "RenderPDFFile Test with Color 
Management.rbp" which was not in the older examples folder I've been using. 

My results are much better after implementing a call to "InitColorManagement", 
but they are still not quite correct.

I'll keep experimenting with various options, but any suggestions would be 
welcomed.
