I'm using the NextInterestingVideoTimeMBS function to get every frame of some
movies, but I'm wondering what time scale it is: my movies have 25 frames per
second, so I expect one frame would be 1/25 of a second (0.04 second); however,
I'm getting all values (both time and duration) of 24 instead (not even 25). I
hardly believe one frame lengths 24 seconds either.
How do I get the original 25 frames per second using the returned value (24)?
Has it just an offset of 1?
