Yes, a very frequent frustration for me too. Just now I wanted to reference the 
MidiPacketMBS class documentation. I go to the Monkeybread website and type 
"MidiPacketMBS" into the search box. The results I get are three different 
"What's new in version xxx" notifications, but no link to the documentation for 
the class. Now I have to try and remember which plug-in this class is a part 
of. If you're using a number of plug-ins, each with many classes, this can be 
very difficult to remember, and requires a lot of trial-and-error searching to 
find. There has to be a better way.

Searching in the documentation can be hard sometimes. Today, I have a concrete 
example and I'm wondering how I could find it.
I remember you added several things in the plugin regarding threads and UI. I 
also think you added calls for MsgBox or MessageDialog, doable from threads and 
this is what I'm looking at.
Any section for this kind of thing?
