Everytime a WinUSBNotification fires, I create a new instance of a 
window implementing a WindowsDiskChangeMBS notification. I tested that 
the windows were created. They were. Unfortunately, it seems that the 
WindowsDiskChangeMBS notification never fires. As I wrote, it fires if 
implemented in the main window.

Hmm, a subclass of what? Of a window with WindowsDiskChangeMBS notification?
