Please quit Xojo. Clear cache in ~/Library/Caches (Mac) or C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\Xojo (Win). Be sure to delete folders for PrecompiledPlugins, Project and Remote Projects. Also find the xojo scratch folder and delete it. For me, it is in /private/var/folders/y6/jd45kjzx4sbfmx6x65y6t5wh0000gn/T/TemporaryItems/xojo scratch Than try again in Xojo.
