Ok, I see from your example that you do need to subtract one from the Month, or
just use the .SetDate(date) method which looks even easier.
Problem solved.

'info.Month=d.Month-1
'info.Year=d.Year
'info.Minute=d.Minute
'info.hour=d.hour
'info.Second=d.Second
info.SetDate d
