Sorry, WinHTTPClientMBS is not complete. 
I just added the parts I need to detect proxy details for one client and use 
those proxy details to do transfer via CURL.

I'm not sure about details.

But there are two parts to check:
1. does my class get the login details for proxy?
2. does HTTPSocket take the right values and work with it?
