We solved that. Here the solution for everyone else:
solution: Pass false there.
and
c.OptionUseSSL = c.kFTPSSL_ALL
c.OptionSSLVersion = c.kSSLVersionTLSv12
This way you connect unencrypted and than use TLS v1.2 later to upgrade to
encrypted connection.
Else you connect via SSL v2 or v3 which the server denies.
