Starting with macOS X 10.3 and later the saved colors at the bottom of the NSColorPanel don't work properly.
1. If you click one they don't become the selected color 2. You can't remove them by clicking them and pressing delete key on the keyboard 3. You can't re-arrange them by dragging them This is only on macOS 10.13 (they work on 10.12) with plugins 17.4 and 17.5 in Xojo 2017r2 or r3.
