Hi all, I need to find the device number of an unknown USB device, using either API call or MBS plugin. I'd like to avoid using diskpart and compare list of devices before and after the USB device is plugged in.
The only information I'm getting from the device is Device Instance and SN (if any). Seeking on Internet, I have found that Device Number could be retrieved from GUID, but I don't know the device GUID. Is is possible to retrieve GUID from Device Instance?
