I can’t seem to get *any* of the AVFoundation example projects that interface with camera or video capture hardware to run in Catalina on a MacBook Pro, nor in High Sierra on a MacBook Air. No errors are getting trapped in the IDE, but the debug applications (and even compiled versions) are crashing with a hard crash report. Obviously in Catalina they need to be switched over to 64-bit, but this doesn’t seem to cause an issue with any of the other examples, and for most of them the OS automatically deals with requesting the appropriate security exceptions.
Two of the examples causing problems are: MBS Xojo Plugins > Examples > AV Foundation > Recorder MBS Xojo Plugins > Examples > AV Foundation > AV Capture Device Authorization Can someone else on the list confirm (or deny) this behavior?
