MbUnit BadImageFormat Error

Hi,
im using MbUnit 2.2.3 and VS2005 RC1
and i cant load Test Assemblies into the MbUnit GUI

i get an Exception "BadImageFormat" when i press AddAssembly and
select the Test assembly.

anyone can help me?
