Hello
Thanks for quick reply !

I'm almost 100% sure thet this is different problem than that is
described in JIRA issue...
If i understand this, msbuild task project has reference set on wrong
version of Microsoft.Build.Utilities.dll assembly
1) There exists old version of that assembly located somewhere in
mbunit source tree and that assembly is in project referencies
2) You have still installed some beta of .NET 2.0 and project is
referencing assembly from it (but this is unlikely - i even don't know
if .NET 2.0 RTM can coexists on same machine with beta
versions....perhaps not)

Solution is very easy. Remove old reference from project and add new
reference - Microsoft.Build.Utilities.dll is showing on the very first
tab in 'Add assembly reference' dialog (.NET tab)....because it is
installed in gac

Now. i'm looking on mbunit source from trunk and case number one is
correct - there are local copies of msbuild assemblies....I'll try
build the task with correct referencies.....after the work :)
