MbUnit Broken Builds?

I downloaded and installed the most recent build of MbUnit (2.3.23), but the 
MbUnit.GUI.exe would not run.  I had to revert back to an earlier build 
(2.3.17).

What is the latest stable build of MbUnit?  How does one find out the status 
of the various builds?
