I'm using MbUnit.Cons all the time and I haven't had your problem. Did you explicitly specify paths? Something like that: C:\Program Files\MbUnit\MbUnit.Cons /rf:C:\Projects\UltiPro.Net\Distrib\Xslt /rt:Xml /v:+ C:\Projects\MyProject\MyProjectTest.dll
