Thank you for your quick answer; it seems that the problem I encounter is different than the one you describe in your reply. Trying to uninstall/reinstall MbUnit and TD.NET does not solve the problem.
I'm looking into options which *could* remain in the registry (or elsewhere?) between uninstalling and reinstalling, since the reporting used to work just fine.
