The AssemblyCleanup is used to create the application databases and remove them. The DependsOnAttribute is used to structure test fixtures into hierarchies. I no longer think it's necessary to control the order of execution of test fixtures. As long as the test authors ensure tests that exist in a different test fixture hierarchy are mutually exclusive, the order of execution is irrelevant. Does that make sense?
