The problem is that any prospective XPathAssert class, with the usual
expected static methods, would get the evaluation context. The way I
solved this problem was to have XPathNavigator, and instances of other
classes from that namespace, injected into the test methods. Then I
use homegrown assertions. I *can't* use your XPath.Whatever
assertions, for the aforementioned reason.
