Sure, we could tri-state it.  /sr:always /sr:onfailure /sr:never (not really
useful from command-line).

Please open an issue in Google Code.

Is there any way, for the console runner, to show the output report file
only if errors were found?

Adding  /sr  causes the report to show all the time, even when there are no
errors.

I'd like to only show it if there was an error.
