If you use Gallio, then Gallio.Echo.exe prints out lots of progress
information.

Also MbUnit v2.4 does not provide a means of getting the current test name
but MbUnit v3 does.  ("TestContext.Current.Test.Name")

I currently use the autorunner with a large number of tests that could take
hours to execute.  Is there a way of getting the current test name that is
being run so I could output it to another window?
