Is there a FAQ/tutorial/blog post about the steps required to migrate
from v2 to v3?

I have put off migrating because I have a ton of software to write and
little extra time to migrate MbUnit versions at the moment, but if
it's straightforward I'll make the time now.

If there's some work involved in the migration it would be awesome if
you could fix that branch.
