Lots of ways. I think the easiest way is using TestDriven.Net. But you can also configure your debugging options for you project like this:
Executable Path: c:\Program Files\Gallio\bin\Gallio.Echo.exe Arguments: MyTestAssembly.dll /runner:IsolatedAppDomain Jeff.
