I seem to remember answering this question elsewhere.

No, you cannot run MbUnit without Gallio. Let's find out more about why the
installer is failing.

Run your installer MSI with the /log argument like this:

Gallio-xx.yy.zz.ww.msi /log LogFile.txt

Please send me the log file so we can figure out what's wrong.

However you do not need to install Gallio in order to run your tests. You
can also extract the ZIP-based distribution anywhere you like and use
Icarus.

Subject: Can I run MbUnit without Gallio?

When I try to install MbUnit for VS2010 Gallio fails to install with no
meaningful error message.

Is there a way to run MbUnit without Gallio?

Can I download the source and just build it? If so, where can I get the
source?
