I'm sorry, fixtures are intended to be independent and isolated except when
they are nested directly within one another or when a dependency is
indicated.

1. It may be possible to indicate that subsequent fixtures are dependent on
their predecessors so if one fixture fails the others won't run.

2. Not sure what you mean by out of context.  Can you provide a code example
please?
