We are talking about code running inside StaticTestFactory. It employs reflection and dynamic test generation. This code uses some well defined *feature negotiation protocol*. You may not perceive it this way, but what you suggest is that I write a unit test to check the static test factory method, which job is to project infrastructure unit tests onto particular concrete application entity type. I'd rather pass.
