In general, you can't set the path of the logs since the logs are part of the test report. However, some test runners like Icarus and Echo do let you set the path of the report. For Icarus, there is a project setting for the report path. For Echo, use the /rd: command-line argument.
Why do you want to set the location? As for integrating with the WatiN logging mechanism, look at the MbUnit web testing samples distributed with Gallio. Jeff.
