Hi,
Several users of DAR (Disk Archive) have been asking me if it was possible to have Midnight Commander be able to read DAR's archives. Of course I told them to contact you. But... http://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=1031147&group_id=65612&atid=511615
DAR (Disk Archive) relies on a library (libdar) which has a documented API.
If you get this requests too and decide to integrate DAR in MC, please find all the relevant information here: A tutorial: ~ http://dar.linux.free.fr/api_tutorial.html
An API documentation reference: ~ http://dar.linux.free.fr/html/index.html
A mailing-list for libdar'API questions, remarks and answers: ~ http://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/dar-libdar_api
Cheers, Denis Corbin, Author of DAR.
