I'd like to cleanup some bug reports on savannah.gnu.org. For that I need the "Techn. & Manager" role for the bug tracking system. I'm sure I'm not the only one who wants that, as we have some bug reports (from 2003) that have been fixed but could not be marked "Closed" because of missing permissions.
Please make all or at least some of the developers able to edit and close the bugreports, as well as the patches section.
