Hello, I'm the midnight commander package co-maintainer on Debian GNU/Linux. An user submit us an awk.syntax file on the Debian bug tracking system. http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=504078#10 I'm not familiar with awk syntax, can you check it and improve your file, if possible, with his file please ?
