Look in the help for Virtual File System, FTP File System. The syntax 
given is "/#ftp:[!][user[:[EMAIL PROTECTED]:port][remote-dir]", so try 
this:
    cd /#ftp:[EMAIL PROTECTED]
-- 
    mail to this address is discarded unless "/dev/rob0"
    or "not-spam" is in Subject: header
