The Princeton Review is seeking a dynamic self-starter with strong 
organizational skills to assist with high school and graduate 
outreach.  This position will support smooth day-to-day functioning 
of the department, allowing the marketing staff to focus on growing 
our business.  The Marketing Intern will take on more advanced tasks 
and responsibilities if he/she exceeds our standards.

Upon successful completion of all hours for the internship, the 
intern will be awarded an MCAT, LSAT, GMAT or GRE preparation course. 
The candidate should plan to complete the internship before beginning 
the course. Full tuition is represented by 150 hours of work to be 
completed before MCAT courses begin next fall and winter, or 130 
hours for GRE, GMAT or LSAT. If the Intern works fewer than 150 
hours, he/she will receive a partial subsidy for the course based on 
the number of hours worked. The remaining balance will be the 
student's responsibility. Below are itemized lists of desired job 
skills and primary job duties:

Qualified applicants will possess the following:
?       Excellent time management skills, with attention to detail
?       Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize tasks
?       Willing to receive and to provide feedback on efficient and 
effective execution of tasks
?       Experience operating standard office equipment, i.e. copy 
machine, fax, postage meter
?       Moderate-to-advanced experience with Microsoft Office, 
especially Word and Excel, and basic internet search engines. 
Experience with Microsoft Access a plus.
?       Data entry experience
?       Minimum of high school diploma and 6 months cumulative office 
experience

Duties include, but are not limited to:
?       Data entry and database management
?       Collating and stuffing marketing mailers
?       Answering phones and assisting prospective and enrolled students
?       Placing reminder phone calls to students registered for 
marketing events
?       Fulfillment of daily mailings and periodic bulk mailings to 
prospective students
?       Managing marketing materials inventory
