INFO SESSION - TUESDAY, 11/15, 5-6 pm, SLC Applications for science tutors

Hello,
The Student Learning Center will have applications available later
this week for students who are interested in becoming science or CS
tutors this spring.

For those of you who are interested in tutoring at the SLC at some
point, we will have an informational session this Tuesday from 5-6 in
the Science Drop-in Tutoring Area on the second floor of the Chavez
Student Center.  You can ask any questions you have, talk to a
current tutor about what it is like, and get a cookie or two as well.
No RSVP needed, just come by.

We anticipate openings for tutors of some type in the following courses:
        Biology 1A
        Chemistry 1A, 3A, 3B, 4B
        Computer Science 3, 61A, 61C
        MCB 100, 102
        NST 10
        Physics 7A, 7B, 8A, 8B


Starting Wednesday, if you are interested in becoming a tutor, either
pick up an application outside 141 Chavez or you can download the
application from the SLC website:  SLC.berkeley.edu
