POSITION:
Full-time position as Staff Research Associate in a lab at UCSF studying the
molecular and structural mechanisms of cellular signal transduction. For
more information on the lab and research see http://msg.ucsf.edu/~lim.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in doing serious
research, and who is contemplating eventually applying to graduate or
medical school. The lab and UCSF form an extremely exciting and dynamic
research environment. In the past, technicians from my lab have all
published papers in journals such as Science and Cell during their time in
the lab, and have successfully moved on to graduate or medical school.

REQUIREMENTS:
The position is available immediately or starting this summer, and involves
both a research project and some managerial duties. A commitment of at least
2 years is desired. A research background in either molecular biology,
biochemistry, or chemistry is strongly preferred. Interested candidates
should send their CV and transcript, and have 3 letters of recommendation
forwarded to me.
