The Life Sciences Division at NASA Ames Research Center is looking for someone who will be graduating from Cal by May 04, or who has graduated in the last 24 months to fill a payload scientist position. We have a very small time window to fill this vacancy, so we need to receive resumes from interested applicants by 11/14. As a federal government agency, we can only hire U.S. citizens. Participates in mission development and implementation, and flight operations of the payload. (BS, MS, PhD in Biological Sciences or Bio-Chemistry) Skills: >A minimum of a BS in Biological Sciences. Lab experience in cell and molecular biology, particularly working with model specimens such as yeast, drosophila and nematodes a plus. Experience working as a member of a team.
