b.. Strong Spring Framework / Spring Integration experience

e.. Multi-threaded programming experience
f.. Oracle 10i development experience
g.. Experience working within a close-knit, iterative development team
(preferably scrum methodology)

i.. Front office/trading/order management system experience
j.. Futures & Options exchange connectivity experience highly desirable
k.. Knowledge of the FIX protocol (4.x+) highly desirable
l.. Knowledge of Maven/Ant/JUnit/EasyMock, and the concept of continuous
integration
m.. Shell scripting (bash)
n.. Experience of working with real-time transactional databases
o.. Business knowledge of Exchange Traded Derivatives
p.. Business knowledge of Front/Back office processes (eg the lifecycle of a
trade)
