This includes the following key areas:* *Developing functional requirements that include problem definition, situation analysis and process mapping.* *Identifying solution alternatives and recommendations.* *Test management planning and execution of testing cycles.* *Work with the Support team to establish and monitor tasks and milestones.* *Assist with facilitating communications and training needs in the use of HR processes and systems.* *Minimum Qualifications:* *Bachelors degree or equivalent experience, advanced degree a plus.* *Demonstrated functional/technical experience with PeopleSoft HCM version 9.0 required with strong background in Core HR, Self Service, Candidate Gateway/TAM, etc. Understanding of the data structures within PeopleSoft a plus.* *Provide support across the RICEFW framework including Reports, Interfaces and Workflow.* *5-8 years experience with a combination of both HR information systems and one or more HR functions.* *Demonstrated experience with reporting tools such as SQL, Business Objects, PeopleSoft query or other reporting tools.* *Experience using a structured project management and systems development methodology.* *Strong problem solving and analytical skills.* *Strong communication skills and an ability to communicate with all levels within the organization.* *Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks.* *Must be able to fit into a strong team based culture.* *Technical Knowledge:* *MS Office; MS Project.
