Training Lead* will be responsible for the successful execution and
coordination of four key *training workstreams: training development,
performance support tools, training system* (i.e., environments) and
*training deployment.*
*Job Description: *Job Title: SAP HCM Process Change / Training Lead -
Release 9**

This role is accountable for successful implementation of *R&T
solutions* for *HR functional area*. Will partner with the *HR Process
Teams, Deployment team, and key business stakeholders* to ensure
successful deployment of the new business processes and system for the
organization.

Apply the *various strategies* and *tools* to execute tasks and
complete deliverables for the *end* *user training* *workstream*.

Identify *audience-specific* needs and/or customization requirements
within the *end-user* experience.

Complete *business-relevant*, *R&T tasks* that reflect the *HCM solution*,

*such as*:


Assist with the development of user profiles/business roles/enterprise
profiles which are logical groupings of activities that will serve as
the foundation for all end-user training and system access.

Develop documentation to educate business change network members on
how to properly identify end-users via the role-mapping process
Confirm training audience analysis information and support business
readiness activities such as site expos, change network education,
etc.

Develop a role-based training curriculum (inclusive of training course
objectives, delivery requirements, assessment methods and duration.

Design and develop end user training materials (inclusive of course
outlines, power point presentations, job aids, technical data sets,
exercises, evaluations/assessments, etc).

Coordinate the recording of Business Process Procedures (BPPs) by
Process Team members; polish the final documents to ensure they meet
the needs of the business user community.

Coordinate the review and sign-off of training materials by Process
Team members and Training SMEs.

Develop change guide materials to drive understanding within the
business of what is changing.

Prepare trainers by participating in and delivering Train-the-Trainer sessions.

Participate in training delivery, including classroom facilitation and
providing tactical support to business instructors.

Support training deployment planning and execution. Develop an
in-depth knowledge of the business processes and functionality
(technology) for their assigned process area in order to successfully
develop and execute all R&T deliverables and activities. Complete work
plans tasks and milestones on time, manage workload, and escalate
issues to the R&T and Process Team Leads. Gain business acceptance and
sign-off on all deliverables. Educate the Process Team Lead and team
members regarding R&T scope, activities, milestones, and deliverables
requiring their input, support and signoff. Represent Readiness &
Training with other key teams such as test, deployment and technology.
Develop and manage relationships with key business counterparts and HR
to ensure they understand the changes coming and the end-user
experience. *

Solid project management skills

Must have 3-5 yrs. experience with training development

Strong meeting facilitation and communication skills required

Ability to identify team issues, anlyze and propose solutions

Good interpersonal skills required (team player orientation)

Proven ability to work cross-functionally, develop solutions to
challenges and drive the implementation of the solution

Ability to operate in a fast-paced project environment *
