Daily Responsibilities: - Gather and Analyze customer requirements Complete all CMMI Project deliverables assigned - Such as the High Level Requirements and the Detailed Requirements, the test cases /scripts and matrix. - Work with the Developer to ensure upgrade changes align with the existing business process - or understand the impact of any changes that do not align. - Work with the DMS Admins to train users & write job aids on any new processes. - Work with the Librarian to understand the impact of the changes and how to sustain & support them.
