The team is really looking for a combination of both server/web skills. All
Java candidates must have some good Agile/SCRUM background to be considered for
these positions. Candidates having strong agile background should be
comfortable with this type of environment.

c.. Strong web skills - Struts, JSF, JSP, JSP Tags, Ajax, DHTML, HTML, XML
d.. Strong client-side framework experience: JQuery, JSMVC, Prototype

b.. Strong J2EE skills
c.. Strong database skills - table design, SQL coding
