They need to know .Net/ASP.Net enough to write Perl scripts - Perl main skill needed More details on what the person will do: COMMIT (COMpliance Monitoring Intelligence Tool) is the current tool and Wells Fargo Best Practice for the monitoring of our systems against RDBMS baselines. We are looking to make several changes to COMMIT, expanding its capabilities and functions to further enhance our compliance efforts. The enhancements start with the automatic creation of a QA Checklist for the server, demonstrating compliance prior to production release. Also, enhancements to COMMIT reporting will allow better visibility by management into overall server compliance and remediation. This will include reporting internal to the COMMIT tool as well as export functions to other applications. E-mail functions within COMMIT are also being evaluated for DBA notification. The functionality of COMMIT will be improved in areas such as module failure reporting. Making sure that our true failures are shown within COMMIT and not showing failed due to a coding issue, a modified baselines or changes by another group.
