Daily Responsibilities: a.. Develop understanding of how an application is used by customers in their daily business/processes. b.. Monitor application health / indicators on agreed upon intervals. c.. Hold vendors accountable for the contractual agreements & support SLA and drive license costs downward d.. Be part of application implementations when issues arise for supported applications. Will use Agile techniques, including writing user stories, UATs (with customer) and coordinate and perform project testing (with customer) and deployment activities. Necessary Skills (Must Have): a.. Prior experience supporting applications. b.. Good Communication skills. Will work with customer to understand application issues and understand impacts c..
