While there may be a small training component in this position, our primary need is for a writer and not a trainer. We will also have access to client and functional subject matter experts to assist with the development of appropriate product documentation. An ideal candidate should have strong writing and analytic skills as well as experience developing the following: a.. On-Line Help System and User Manuals b.. PowerPoint Training Slides c.. Instructor Guide / Student Guide including process steps (and supporting data) d.. Quick Reference Guides The candidate should have experience using the following software tools: a.. PowerPoint b..
