Essential Job Function: a.. Integrates data from multiple software and hardware platforms. b.. Troubleshoots user calls regarding service requests, system functionality and feasibility of future enhancements. c.. Possesses strong technical matter expertise necessary to interface with all levels of technical and non-technical users and vendors to define requirements. d.. Database design, creation, implementation and maintenance programming. e.. Maintains working knowledge of languages and tools necessary for completion of requests. f.. Researches existing systems and proposes enhancements to increase efficiency. g.. Provide training to Software Developer I, II, and III personnel as required. h.. Must meet all mandatory annual training requirements as specifically applicable to this position. Technical Skills: a.. Eight or more years experience in software design and development using current technologies (.NET, Java, Oracle, etc.) b.. Five or more years developing in a Microsoft/.NET environment (C# language preferred) c.. Five or more years experience developing databases, stored procedures and TSQL in SQL Server (2005 or above preferred) d.. Experience developing web services in Microsoft .NET e.. Experience with web technologies such as HTML, XML, and JavaScript f.. Experience with Visual SourceSafe and Visual Studio (2003 or later) g.. Core banking or credit union development experience. h..
