We are seeking a software engineer with experience in web portal feature development in a .NET environment to join a team in developing public facing applications utilizing these technologies. Specific Requirements: . Working knowledge of ASP.NET 2003/2005/2008, Web Applications, Web Services and WCF using VB.Net 2003/2005/2008 · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal . Ability to work individually or within a team environment . Develop technology projects using software development life cycle; including prototyping, technical design and specifications determined from business requirement documents . Develop information technology solutions based on business need and technical considerations . Ablity to translate business requirements into a technical design . Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast paced environment . Attention to detail · Solid understanding of Object Oriented analysis and design . Ability to take direction, constructive criticism and work to specified deadlines . Implement programming changes to production following system life cycle and release strategy procedures . Must be sufficiently familiar with data modeling for Oracle environments or SQL Server . Familiarity with source control software: Source Safe ·Experience in tools like Haleys or OPA ·Exposure in Rules Based application development Skills Required: .
