US Collaboration Project Lead, working with Global COE and Offshore Resources Skills required . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . - Strong understanding of SharePoint, ideally Enterprise SharePoint - Ability to capture high level business requirements, and define possible solutions that can meet these requirements (either out of the box, third party, or custom development) - Facilitation of requirements gathering sessions, ranging from one-on-one sessions to larger group sessions - Strong stakeholder management skills - Project management skills for small projects - Ability to work as the US branch of a UK based Collaboration Centre of Excellence - striving for global standardization of Collaboration across the Unilever organization whilst remaining responsive to local requirements - Ability to work directly with the Unilever business on behalf of our customer (the IT organization) - Experience of offshore delivery, working with the UK based Build Project Manager to schedule the delivery of applications through the offshore delivery team - Supporting client based testing - The ability to speak Spanish and or Portuguese would be a plus but is not a requirement.
